As a Product Designer II at frog Design, I worked with JPMorgan Chase and Co. to create an integrated Chase Embedded Banking System. This digital product started with user-research, wire-framing, and problem mapping. We unpacked the complicated relationship of Chase Bank with vendors, businesses, and customers to find how Business Banking can show up within other business’ platforms while maintaining Chase’s capabilities and brand.
